i read in a review somewhere that the samsung wave will have an upgraded version of the dolphin browser. If you are familiar with the samsung jet they said it pretty much does the same thing that the latest dolphin browser has to offer. Which means there is built in flash support unlike what android and apple had promised via third party apps
this new os reminds me of symbian s60 5th edition,i think that is because of font
I’m just waiting for the full review of the retail version… I really want to see the browser before I make up my mind.
haha XD
This is a real I phone killer.
Super amoled is actually the same technology as AMOLED just that in super AMOLED, the screen and the display itself is closer together..so that it will not have much reflection during daylight..awesome
stop it, your making me pop!

competition is always good for the consumers, keeps the marketers in check from ripping us off
Great phone, great platform. Based on Linux. I hope the developers community picks it up so there will be a lot of 3rd party apps available within this year. Nice newcomer!
@Cyberbamsen lol @ you. Flaming shit at steve1690101 while you are the one that’s wrong. Obviously the Samsung Wave has better specs, but the i8910 HD has a smartphone OS. Plus, Symbian S60v5 is an open source OS. You should get your facts straight before flaming other people kiddo.
@Superharas BADA .
What OS is this ?
if i have to choose between omnia hd and wave, i will surely choose this , in many reasons wave is faster, better interface, super amoled display and sexier but of course omnia hd have better camera and video.. symbian is an average kind of os but we’ll find out more about bada, for me bada is way better than symbian because it is supported by many new applications from samsung and other company support it too, one of them is the capcom that has over 100 million games. and thats good
Are you stupid ? Of course this phone is better than Omnia Hd. Better screen, faster cpu AND thinner. Omnia HD is NOT a smartphone. This one is. Bada is a open platform, S60 is not. learn the differences smart guy.
@ivan134 i dont mean new versions of OS’s i mean brand new OS’s. We already have plenty. This will just cause problems for developers that must port their programs to all the different os’s.
